The Qur'an As Bait

The Qur'an is being used as a 'handy tool' to attract followers of other religions by people who do not represent the true message of the Qur'an.
New converts are immediately removed from the Qur'an and placed on to a path that is very different from the sublime and harmonious path of the Qur'an.
These sincere converts soon start to learn about religion from the uninitiated around them, and thus have no idea how much they soon have strayed from the Book of God. They feel convinced they are on the right path due to the beliefs of the religious authorities around them.
Such converts are initially sincerely seeking the truth, and are awe struck by the beauty and majesty of the Qur'an. However, from the ignorant majority that passes as "Islamic guidance", they learn unfounded, fanatical ideas - just as soon as they come in contact with the Qur'an.
Such converts are drawn completely away from God's true path and do not attain the true wisdom. They begin to follow a dogmatic religion based on radical fanaticism. Utilizing the Qur'an as a bait is common among the followers of this religion, members of which do not possess any Quranic wisdom themselves.
